I found out about Tailored Life Coaching by chance really and talked to Kathy informally about life, family, work and the direction I wanted to go. So not too many things in one chat!

She put me immediately at ease, comfortable and more importantly for me, she saw me and empathised with what I was feeling. Kathy would sagely nod, or put in her own example to make me feel like she understood what I was going through. She wasn't just going through the motions of nodding and smiling with me, she was actively listening and questing the truth of the situation.

Kathy walks the talk, she lives a full and meaningful life and as such knows what it takes to help others navigate their own life journey. I truly love her saying of "Finding joy in the journey" as I know she means it for all of her clients and others around her.

Kathy's engaging manner and approachability makes it so easy to talk to her. I have been working with Kathy since the beginning of 2024. The year prior had been very difficult and I found myself in a place where I lost myself as a person. I did not know who I was or who I wanted to be but I could tell that I was losing myself more and more.

Working with Kathy has been an eye opener, she is incredibly empathetic and unbiased. She made me feel welcome and helped me navigate through difficult times by introducing me to alternative directions that will get me closer to my true self.
